Life, commission status, and everything

So. Yeah. Life happened this week. In a sucky way. In a "got about three days worth of actual work done" kind of way. And the last few weeks before weren't great either. I hit April running about two weeks behind, and thought I could get all caught up, but the personal mess of my life kind of kept that from happening, so in fact I'm more like three weeks behind now. :P

If you want to check on the status of your project, you can look at my list here: http://bladespark.livejournal.com/1226131.html I keep it pretty up to date. Right now, well... yeah. Uh. Yeah. I haven't slid into one of those awful "six months behind and lying to everybody about it" disasters that turn up on A_B, but it's still not pretty right now.

For which I sincerely apologize to everyone. I'm trying to get caught up, and May is a light-load month so I have hopes of digging out of the hole by the end of it, but I won't make any firm promises, as it depends in part on personal life stuff that I don't necessarily have much control over. (I don't want to just whine about my life here, so I'll spare you all the details.)

Anyhow, I am still trying to hit all the hard deadlines I have, so if you *need* your project for a specific event, please let me know and I'll prioritize it. Right now most of what I have on the list has no hard deadlines, so I'm just tackling them more or less in order, and trying to keep on top of the pile as much as possible.

Thanks to everybody who's continued to be patient with me. I am at least going to finish the stuff that was supposed to be done in bloody January this month! (So close to done with that, I have pieces of a mark two top hat sitting all around me right now, I just need to get some bias tape to trim the edges with and sew the pieces up, I think this one will at least look okay.) I do appreciate my customers, I get the occasional git, but most of you are really awesome and I love you. <3
